11 years ago, my second oldest sister introduced me to the world of smoothies back in Atlanta, GA. It was a turning point.


With Stone Mountain Park (Stone Mountain/ Atlanta) as my playground for hiking and exercising, smoothies became more than just a drink—they became a lifestyle.


As a vegan/pescatarian who happily gave up eating meat, I discovered the beauty of turning fruits, vegetables, and superfoods into healing, energizing, and downright delicious creations.


Over the years, I’ve turned this passion into expertise. Every ingredient I use has a purpose, a story, and a benefit for the body and mind. From the antioxidants in berries that fight aging to the calming magnesium in leafy greens, I’m obsessed with how nature fuels us. I don’t just blend smoothies—I craft them with love and intention, knowing that what we put into our bodies feeds our souls too.
